Job Responsibilities:
Welcome and greet visitors professionally and courteously.
Manage incoming phone calls and transfer them to the appropriate departments.
Maintain visitor and employee entry records.
Handle courier dispatch & inward registers.
Coordinate with departments for daily office administration support.
Manage front desk cleanliness and ensure a pleasant reception area.
Assist HR/Admin team in documentation and office coordination tasks.
