Receptionist
to manage front desk operations and provide administrative support.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist visitors in a professional manner
Handle incoming and outgoing calls
Manage appointments and maintain visitor records
Coordinate with staff and departments
Maintain files, records, and office documents
Handle basic administrative and clerical tasks
Ensure cleanliness and proper arrangement of the reception area
Requirements:
Minimum
3 years of experience
as a receptionist or front office executive
Good communication skills in
English & Malayalam
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email handling)
Pleasant personality and professional appearance
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
