Vrindavan Diagnostics is seeking a courteous, well-presented, and proactive

Receptionist

to serve as the first point of contact for our patients. The ideal candidate will ensure a warm, professional, and seamless experience from the moment patients enter our center until the completion of their sample collection. This position requires excellent communication skills, a compassionate attitude, and a commitment to patient care and satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Greet patients and visitors warmly and professionally upon arrival. Ensure patients feel comfortable and well-attended throughout their visit. Maintain a polite, respectful, and empathetic demeanor at all times. Guide patients to the sample collection room and assist them through every step until the sample is collected. Coordinate with laboratory staff to ensure smooth patient flow and minimize waiting times. Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area. Uphold professional standards in attire and conduct. Manage patient inquiries courteously, providing accurate information or directing them to the appropriate personnel. Support administrative duties as required, including maintaining patient records and scheduling appointments.
Required Candidate Profile

Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills Well-mannered, polite, and empathetic personality Presentable and professional appearance Ability to remain calm and composed in a patient-care environment Punctual, reliable, and customer-oriented

Salary : ₹7,000 - ?8,000 per month
