Job Responsibilities:



Greet and welcome clients in a polite and professional manner Handle incoming calls, WhatsApp messages, and appointment bookings Manage front desk operations and maintain visitor records Coordinate with doctors / therapists / staff for smooth scheduling Explain basic services, offers, and guide clients appropriately Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area Handle billing support and basic cash / card transactions (if required) Respond to customer queries and ensure a positive client experience

Requirements:



Minimum qualification: Plus Two / Graduate Good communication skills (English & Malayalam preferred) Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, billing software is a plus) Pleasant personality with customer-friendly attitude Prior experience as a receptionist is an advantage.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
