Responsible for managing front desk operations, handling visitors, coordinating communication, and supporting admin activities.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and attend visitors, verify identity, issue badges, and maintain visitor logs.
Attend incoming calls, screen and forward to concerned departments.
Handle general admin tasks - filing, document preparation, photocopying, scanning, data entry.
Maintain appointment schedules, book meeting rooms, and ensure meeting room arrangements.
Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail / courier and handle outgoing dispatch.
Maintain reception area cleanliness and office supplies monitoring.
Follow security procedures and support access control at the front office.
Requirements:
Good communication skills
Presentable with customer-handling skills
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office)
Preferably 1-2 years' experience
