Warmly greet customers as they enter the shop and offer friendly assistance.
Provide information about products, ongoing offers, and store sections.
Maintain the customer waiting area and ensure it is clean and welcoming.
Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and manage walk-in customer queries.
Assist customers by coordinating with sales staff and directing them to the required department (ladies wear, gents wear, kids wear, boutique section, etc.).
Maintain appointment schedules for the boutique (stitching consultations, measurements, etc.).
Record customer details for boutique orders or alterations when required.
Handle billing support during peak hours (if required).
Maintain daily logs (visitor register, enquiry register, etc.).
Ensure proper display of promotional materials and store information at the front desk.
Assist in managing customer complaints politely and efficiently.
Coordinate with the store manager and sales team for smooth front-office operations.
Skills & Qualifications
Minimum qualification: SSLC/+2 or any diploma/degree.
Good communication skills in English and local language.
Pleasant personality, polite behavior, and customer-friendly attitude.
Basic knowledge of textiles and boutique services (preferred, not mandatory).
Ability to multitask and handle pressure during peak hours.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, billing system).
Prior experience in textile shops, boutiques, or customer service roles is an added advantage.
