We are looking for a smart, presentable, and responsible
Receptionist
to manage our front desk and provide administrative support to the team. The ideal candidate must have good communication skills and a positive attitude.
Key Responsibilities
Front Desk & Customer Handling
Greet and assist visitors, clients, and customers politely.
Attend and manage incoming calls, enquiries, and messages.
Coordinate client visits and maintain visitor records.
Office Administration
Handle day-to-day office tasks and maintain cleanliness of the reception area.
Manage appointments, schedules, and meeting room arrangements.
Assist in documentation, filing, and basic data entry.
Support the management with administrative work when required.
Client Coordination
Provide accurate information to clients about services.
Follow up with customers when needed.
Maintain professional communication with all clients.
Other Responsibilities
Manage incoming/outgoing courier and correspondence.
Assist in basic HR and office coordination tasks.
Work closely with the internal team to ensure smooth office operations.
Requirements
Freshers or experienced candidates can apply.
Good communication skills (English, Malayalam, Hindi preferred).
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email, etc.).
Pleasant personality with strong customer service attitude.
Ability to multitask and manage responsibilities efficiently.

Work Time : 9.00 am-6.00 pm (Mon-Sat)

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
