Job Description

Meeting with managers in the organization to plan strategically Overseeing the relationship with customers handled by sales team. Resolving customer complaints quickly and efficiently. Keeping customers updated on the latest products to increase sales. Manage the customer care number and timely respond to the customer queries. Generate sales leads. Keep records of customer complaints, dropout details, staff movements etc. Take the extra mile to engage customers. Online Sales Support Building and maintaining good relationships with all customers Stay up to date with new products/services
