Greet visitors and customers in a polite and professional manner.
Attend incoming calls and manage the front desk operations.
Maintain visitor records and handle basic documentation.
Assist with scheduling appointments and coordinating meetings.
Support administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and email handling.
Ensure the reception area is clean, organised, and presentable at all times.
Coordinate with internal departments for smooth office operations.
Requirements:
Any degree (freshers can also apply).
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email communication).
Professional appearance and customer-friendly attitude.
Ability to multitask and handle responsibilities efficiently.
