. The candidate will handle front desk responsibilities along with supporting HR activities and day-to-day accounting tasks. Candidates with HR/Accounts background will be preferred.
Key Responsibilities Front Desk & Admin
Manage front desk operations, attendance, visitor entry and phone calls.
Greet and assist clients, candidates, and guests.
Handle courier, emails, and general office coordination.
HR Support
Assist in recruitment: screening CVs, scheduling interviews.
Maintain employee records, leave & attendance.
Support onboarding, joining formalities, and document collection.
Coordinate with HR/Management for daily requirements.
Accounts Support
Assist in basic accounting work: billing, invoicing, filing, data entry.
Maintain petty cash and daily expense sheet.
Coordinate with accountant for monthly statements.
Help in vendor follow-ups and payment tracking.
Requirements
Minimum 3 years of experience
in receptionist/HR/accounts related roles.
Good communication skills and professional attitude.
Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word).
Ability to multitask and handle office operations smoothly.
