We are looking for a smart, presentable, and well-spoken
Receptionist
to manage front desk operations at our education institute. The candidate must have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to handle students, parents, and visitors professionally.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome students, parents, and visitors in a polite and professional manner.
Handle incoming calls, inquiries, and provide accurate information about courses and admission procedures.
Maintain the front office area, ensure cleanliness, and manage daily attendance registers.
Coordinate student walk-ins, schedule appointments, and assist with admission processes.
Maintain student records, documentation, and basic administrative support.
Support the counsellors and academic team in day-to-day office tasks.
Receive and manage incoming/outgoing mails, couriers, and messages.
Handle basic follow-up calls for inquiries (if required).
Ensure smooth front office operations and provide excellent customer service.
Requirements:
Excellent communication skills (mandatory).
Good command over English and local language.
Pleasant personality, polite behaviour, and strong customer-handling skills.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email, WhatsApp).
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
Prior experience in an education institute is an added advantage
