We are looking for a friendly, well-presented, and proactive
Receptionist
to manage front-desk operations at Talrop's Tegain Private Limited in Kochi. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating a welcoming environment, handling incoming communications, and ensuring smooth day-to-day office coordination.
Key Responsibilities
Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and employees professionally.
Manage incoming phone calls and direct them to the appropriate departments.
Maintain visitor logs, issue visitor passes, and ensure security protocols.
Coordinate meeting room bookings and assist in meeting preparations.
Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the front-desk area
Support basic documentation, data entry, and file management tasks.
Requirements
Any Graduation
Proven experience as a receptionist or front office executive preferred.
Excellent communication skills in English and Malayalam
Strong interpersonal skills and a pleasant personality.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email, Google Workspace).
