Direct calls and inquiries to the appropriate departments or staff.
Maintain a clean and organized front desk area.
Administrative Support:
*schedule appointments and meetings for staff, ensuring appropriate conference rooms are reserved.
Handle incoming and outgoing mail, deliveries, and packages.
Manage office supplies and restock inventory as needed.
Assist with travel arrangements, event planning, and general office tasks.
Data Management:
Handle client/customer inquiries and requests, ensuring timely responses.
Customer Service:
Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly to inquiries, offering assistance, and resolving concerns.
Address and resolve visitor or client complaints in a calm and professional manner.
Collaboration and Communication:
Work closely with various departments (e.g., HR, sales, and operations) to ensure seamless communication and operational efficiency.
Coordinate and collaborate with staff to ensure all front desk operations are handled efficiently and effectively.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
*Any Degree
Proven experience as a Receptionist, Front Desk Representative, or in other customer service roles.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to multitask effectively.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Friendly, approachable, and professional demeanor.
