We are seeking a friendly, professional, and organized Receptionist to join our team . You will be the first point of contact for visitors and callers, managing reception duties, and supporting office operations with excellent customer service.
Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and guests professionally and courteously; ascertain their needs and direct them to the appropriate person or department.
- Manage incoming and outgoing telephone calls, taking clear and accurate messages when necessary, and ensuring prompt communication with relevant staff members.
- Handle reception area maintenance, ensuring it is tidy, welcoming, and well-organized; manage refreshments (e.g., water, tea/coffee) for visitors if applicable.
- Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail, packages, and deliveries to the appropriate personnel; handle outgoing mail and courier arrangements as needed.
- Manage the appointment and visitor log, scheduling and confirming meetings with internal and external stakeholders; coordinate with relevant teams for meeting arrangements.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
