Roles and Responsibilities:
1. Greet and welcome visitors and patients
2. Manage front desk operations, including answering phones and handling emails
3. Handle cash, and maintain records
4. Coordinate appointments, meetings, and events
5. Maintain office supplies and ensure a clean and organized workspace
6. Provide excellent customer service and respond to inquiries
7. Perform administrative tasks, such as data entry and filing
