Role Overview:

We are seeking a smart, polite, and professional Administrative / Reception staff to manage daily office operations, client coordination, and front-desk responsibilities. The role offers excellent learning opportunities and full training will be provided.

Working Hours -10.00 AM to 6.00PM

Key Responsibilities:

Welcome and assist clients in a courteous and professional manner.

Handle calls, messages, and appointment scheduling.

Maintain client records and ensure confidentiality.

Support office administration and team coordination.

Assist with basic documentation and file management.

Requirements:

Must speak English fluently and present professionally.

Maintain high standards of confidentiality, respect, and professionalism.

Keen learner with enthusiasm and good communication skills.

Must have a two-wheeler or access to transport.

Prior experience in reception or administrative work is an advantage.

Mentorship from Australian healthcare and migration professionals.
