We're seeking a friendly and professional Receptionist to join our team. As a Receptionist, you'll be the first point of contact for visitors and clients, providing excellent customer service and administrative support.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and Welcome Visitors: Greet visitors, direct them to the relevant person or office, and ensure the reception area is tidy and presentable.
- Phone and Email Management: Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls, emails, and messages.
- Administrative Tasks: Schedule meetings, manage calendars, make travel arrangements, file documents, photocopy, and fax.
- Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service, handle customer complaints and queries, and maintain a positive image of the organization.

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
