Job Description

Responsibilities:



Front Office Duty:

Greet and welcome the visitors and direct them to the appropriate person and office. Monitor and maintain visitor logbook. Collect Proof of Delivery (POD) from delivery personnel and ensure accurate documentation. Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material

Incoming Calls:

Attend to and call back incoming calls received on the toll-free number.

Product Enquiry:

Generate leads and handle product enquiries.

Open Pending Calls:

Work on open pending calls on a daily basis. Follow up with corresponding ASPs for call closure in the field as well as in the system.

Spare Pending:

Work on spare pending cases on a daily basis. Follow up with corresponding ASPs to order the same in the system.

Cancelled Calls Verification:

Audit cancelled calls by calling customers to avoid fake closure by ASPs.
ASP - Authorized Service Partner
Prefer Female candidates.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
