We are looking for a professional and courteous Medical Receptionist (female) with at least 2 years of experience in a healthcare or hospital setting. The candidate will be responsible for managing the front desk, patient coordination, and providing administrative support to ensure smooth functioning of daily operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet patients and visitors in a warm, professional manner.
Manage patient registration, appointment scheduling, and follow-ups.
Maintain and update patient records accurately.
Handle incoming calls, emails, and queries effectively.
Collect consultation fees and manage billing receipts.
Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and other staff for smooth patient flow.
Maintain confidentiality of patient information and records.
Ensure the reception area is neat, welcoming, and organized.
Provide basic information regarding hospital/clinic services.
Handle administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and report preparation.
Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of experience as a receptionist in a hospital/clinic.
Graduate or Diploma in any stream (preferably in healthcare administration).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Good knowledge of MS Office and hospital management software.
