Position Overview
We are looking for a
Receptionist
who will serve as the first point of contact for our clients, creating a welcoming and professional environment at HapinusCare Clinic. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing front desk operations, handling client enquiries, scheduling appointments, and coordinating with the clinical team to ensure smooth daily operations.
Key Responsibilities
Greet clients and visitors warmly, ensuring a positive first impression.
Manage incoming calls, emails, and WhatsApp enquiries, and direct them appropriately.
Schedule and confirm appointments for psychologists and therapists using clinic ERP/booking systems.
Maintain client records and ensure confidentiality of all data.
Handle client check-ins, payments, and provide necessary information about services.
Support daily operations including reception area upkeep, basic administrative tasks, and coordination with staff.
Assist clients with guidance about therapy timings, fees, and branch-specific services.
Collaborate with the customer care and clinical teams for smooth workflow.
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor's degree or diploma (preferred, but not mandatory).
Prior experience as a receptionist/front desk executive, preferably in a healthcare or service industry.
Excellent communication skills in English and Malayalam (Hindi is a plus).
Proficiency in MS Office and ability to handle ERP/booking software.
Pleasant personality, professional appearance, and client-friendly attitude.
Strong organisational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
