We are looking for a well-presented and organized Receptionist to be the first point of contact at
Vee Kay Vees Caterers
. The role requires excellent communication, customer service, and administrative skills to support day-to-day office and client interactions.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome clients, guests, and visitors in a professional manner.
Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls.
Handle inquiries related to catering services and direct them to the concerned department.
Maintain visitor records and appointment schedules.
Support office administration tasks including correspondence, filing, and documentation.
Coordinate with HR/Accounts/Operations teams for smooth communication flow.
Qualifications & Skills:
Graduate or Diploma holder (any discipline).
Prior experience as a receptionist or front-office executive preferred.
Good communication skills in English and Malayalam.
Pleasant personality with professional etiquette.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email, Internet).
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
Preferred Candidate Profile:
Female, Married (preferred).
Salary:

Based in or willing to relocate to
Kochi
.
