We are seeking a friendly, organized, and professional
Receptionist
to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing exceptional customer service while managing front-desk operations efficiently. This role plays a vital part in ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience for all visitors and supporting the clinic's daily operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet clients warmly upon arrival and ensure a positive first impression
Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and manage appointment bookings
Confirm, cancel, and reschedule appointments using the clinic's scheduling system
Handle client check-ins and check-outs, including processing payments and issuing receipts
Maintain a clean, organized, and professional front desk and waiting area
Provide accurate information about clinic services, pricing, and promotions
Manage client records and ensure confidentiality in accordance with data protection policies
Coordinate with practitioners and therapists to ensure timely service delivery
Handle customer complaints or concerns professionally and escalate as needed
Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, inventory checks, and restocking front desk supplies
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
