We are seeking a professional and well-presented Receptionist with at least 2 years of experience. The role involves managing front desk operations, handling calls and visitors, and providing administrative support to ensure a welcoming and efficient office environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist visitors, clients, and staff in a courteous manner.
Answer, screen, and direct phone calls professionally.
Manage front desk operations, appointments, and visitor logs.
Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence (emails, couriers, letters).
Coordinate meeting room bookings and support office events.
Maintain reception area cleanliness and presentable appearance.
Provide administrative and clerical support to other departments.
Assist in managing office supplies, records, and filing systems.
Handle inquiries and provide accurate information when required.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Minimum 2 years of proven experience as a Receptionist or Front Office Executive.
Graduate or equivalent qualification preferred.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic office equipment.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Professional appearance with customer service mindset.
Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
