Job Description

Greeting and Assisting Visitors:

Welcoming patients and visitors, providing them with necessary information, and directing them to the appropriate areas within the hospital.

Appointment Scheduling:

Managing appointments for patients, including making new appointments, rescheduling, and canceling as necessary.

Patient Registration:

Collecting and entering patient information into the hospital's system, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.

Answering Inquiries:

Responding to phone calls, emails, and in-person inquiries, providing information about the hospital's services, policies, and procedures.

Insurance Verification:

Verifying patient insurance coverage and processing insurance-related paperwork.

Billing and Payment Processing:

Assisting patients with billing inquiries, processing payments, and providing financial counseling when needed.

Maintaining Records:

Ensuring that patient records and other administrative documents are accurately maintained and updated.

Coordinating with Other Departments:

Collaborating with other hospital departments to ensure smooth patient flow and coordination of services.

Adhering to Policies and Regulations:

Following hospital policies, procedures, and regulations to maintain a safe and efficient working environment.

Customer Service:

Providing excellent customer service to patients and visitors, addressing their concerns and ensuring a positive experience.
