Responding to phone calls, emails, and in-person inquiries, providing information about the hospital's services, policies, and procedures.
Insurance Verification:
Verifying patient insurance coverage and processing insurance-related paperwork.
Billing and Payment Processing:
Assisting patients with billing inquiries, processing payments, and providing financial counseling when needed.
Maintaining Records:
Ensuring that patient records and other administrative documents are accurately maintained and updated.
Coordinating with Other Departments:
