Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Receptionist role located in Thevakkal , Ernakulam . As a Receptionist, you will be responsible for answering telephone calls, handling customer inquiries, performing clerical duties, and providing excellent customer service.

Qualifications

Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills

Experience in receptionist duties and customer service

Proficient in clerical skills such as filing, data entry, and scheduling

Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively

Strong organizational and problem-solving skills

Prior experience in a design or interior design-related industry is a plus

Degree in Business Administration or related field

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
