Receptionist
to join our team. As the first point of contact for our company, the receptionist will provide administrative support across the organization and ensure all guests receive a warm welcome.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office
Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office
Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls
Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access
Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence (emails, couriers, etc.)
Perform other clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, transcribing, and faxing
Manage appointment scheduling and meeting room reservations
Keep the reception area tidy and presentable
Job Types: Full-time, Fresher
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
