Job Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome guests with a warm and professional attitude.
Handle check-in and check-out procedures smoothly.
Manage reservations, cancellations, and room allocations.
Answer phone calls, emails, and guest inquiries promptly.
Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments for guest requirements.
Maintain guest records and ensure proper billing.
Provide information about hotel services, facilities, and nearby attractions.
Ensure the lobby/front office area is neat and presentable at all times.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹14,000.00 per month
