Job Description

Greet and welcome visitors in a warm, professional manner. Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls. Maintain the reception area in a clean and presentable condition. Manage appointments, schedules, and meeting room bookings. Receive and sort daily mail, deliveries, and couriers. Assist with basic administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and photocopying. Provide information and assistance to staff, clients, and visitors. Coordinate with other departments for smooth office operations. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
