Job Description

We are seeking a warm, organized, and professional receptionist to be the first point of contact at our skin and hair clinic. The ideal candidate will manage the front desk, handle administrative tasks, and provide excellent customer service to ensure a welcoming and smooth patient experience.

Key Responsibilities:



Greet and welcome patients and visitors with a friendly, professional attitude Schedule appointments and manage the clinic calendar efficiently Answer phone calls, emails, and WhatsApp messages promptly and courteously Maintain patient records and update information in the clinic management system Coordinate with doctors, aestheticians, and staff for smooth daily operations Handle payments, issue receipts, and maintain billing records Ensure the reception area is clean, tidy, and presentable at all times Assist with patient inquiries regarding treatments, services, and products Follow up with patients for feedback, appointment reminders, and after-care Manage stock of front-office items and clinic brochures/flyers

Requirements:



High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in administration or customer service is a plus Proven experience as a receptionist, front desk representative, or similar role (experience in a clinic is preferred) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proficiency in MS Office, basic data entry, and appointment scheduling software Polite, calm, and patient-oriented demeanor Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently Knowledge of skincare and hair treatments is an added advantage

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?21,655.20 per month
