We are looking for a friendly and organized Receptionist to join our team. As the first point of contact for visitors and callers, you will play a key role in creating a positive impression of our company. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a professional attitude, and the ability to multitask effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome visitors in a professional manner
Answer, screen, and forward phone calls promptly
Manage front desk operations and maintain visitor records
Handle incoming and outgoing mail, couriers, and deliveries
Provide basic administrative support such as data entry, filing, and scheduling appointments
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area
Assist with coordinating meetings and conference room bookings
Support other departments with administrative tasks as needed
Qualifications & Skills:
Minimum +2 / Bachelor's degree preferred
Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative, or similar role
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Professional appearance and attitude
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
