Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Welcome and assist patients with check-in/check-out. Manage appointment scheduling and patient records. Handle calls, enquiries, and patient follow-ups. Coordinate with doctors and departments for smooth workflow. Ensure a professional and friendly front-office experience.
Requirements:

Minimum 3-4 years' experience as a receptionist/ GRE (healthcare experience preferred). Good communication skills in Malayalam & basic English. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Pleasant personality and patient-handling skills.
