Job Description

Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner. Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls. Maintain the reception area, keeping it clean and presentable. Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries. Schedule and manage appointments and meetings. Maintain visitor logs and issue visitor passes when required. Assist in administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and record keeping. Provide information and assistance to clients, employees, and guests. Ensure compliance with security and safety protocols at the front desk. Support other departments with clerical and administrative tasks when needed.
