to be the face of our Camera Service Centre. She will be responsible for attending to customers, managing front office duties, coordinating service activities, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations at the reception desk.
Key Responsibilities
:
Greet and assist walk-in customers in a warm and courteous manner.
Answer incoming calls, emails, and WhatsApp messages and respond to customer queries.
Register service requests and complaints for cameras and related accessories.
Issue receipts and job cards for products received.
Maintain daily customer logs and service records.
Coordinate with technicians and service staff regarding repair updates and delivery status.
Ensure the front desk area is clean, organized, and well-presented.
Handle payment collection and issue acknowledgments.
Assist in basic administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and inventory updates.
