Job Description

Front desk management : Greeting visitors, managing the reception area, and ensuring it is tidy and presentable. Communication : Answering and directing phone calls, taking messages, and responding to inquiries via phone, email, or in person. Administrative support : Scheduling appointments, managing calendars, sorting and distributing mail, and handling basic office tasks like photocopying and filling. Visitor management : Directing visitors to the appropriate person or department, issuing visitor badges, and maintaining visitor logs. Customer service : Providing a positive and welcoming experience for all visitors and callers.

Pay: ?10,000.00 - ?15,000.00 per month
