Job Description

1. Front Desk Management: Manage the front desk, answer phone calls, and respond to customer inquiries.

2. Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service, respond to customer queries, and resolve issues.

3. Booking and Payment: Handle booking confirmations, payments, and documentation.

4. Administrative Support: Provide administrative support, including data entry, filing, and photocopying.

5. Communication: Communicate effectively with customers, staff, and management.

6. Office Maintenance: Maintain a clean and organized office environment.
