We are seeking a dedicated Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate should be organized, detail-oriented, and possess excellent communication skills to provide exceptional customer service.
Duties
Greet and welcome guests in a professional and friendly manner
Answer and direct phone calls in a polite and efficient manner
Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
Manage calendars and appointments
Assist with office management duties such as ordering supplies and maintaining office organization
Provide clerical support including proofreading documents
Handle customer inquiries and provide basic customer support
Utilize Google Suite for various administrative tasks
Familiarity with QuickBooks for basic accounting tasks
Experience
Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar role
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Suite
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Prior experience in customer service is a plus
Knowledge of front desk operations is beneficial
