Job Description

Greeting and welcoming visitors, clients, or guests in a professional and friendly manner. Answering and directing incoming phone calls promptly and courteously. Managing the front desk area, including handling mail, deliveries, and messages. Scheduling and confirming appointments or meetings. Maintaining the reception area to ensure it is clean, organized, and professional in appearance. Providing information to visitors and clients regarding company services, directions, or policies. Assisting with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and maintaining records. Handling inquiries via email or other communication channels. Supporting other departments with administrative support as needed. Ensuring security protocols are followed, such as issuing visitor badges or logging visitor
