Key Responsibilities
Manage incoming calls, greet visitors, and arrange refreshments/transportation.
Assign tasks to support staff and cleaners across all operations.
Handle courier dispatch of documents, plans, contracts, and materials.
Track daily attendance using ATIMS and maintain inventory of supplies/equipment.
Negotiate optimal rates with suppliers for materials, tools, and services.
Create process guides and submit monthly expense reports to Finance.
Update health/safety records and recover costs for personal company phone usage.
Administer contracts with vendors and service providers per company policy.
Prepare cost analysis charts (CEP) and progress reports for projects.
Provide executive support to directors, including documentation and agreements (with HR approval).
