Position Overview
The Receptionist serves as the first point of contact for clients, patients, visitors, and partners. This role ensures smooth front-desk operations, provides excellent customer service, and supports administrative activities within the rehabilitation and healthcare environment.
Key Responsibilities
Greet and assist patients, clients, and visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
Answer incoming phone calls, provide information, and direct inquiries to the appropriate department.
Schedule and manage appointments, therapy sessions, and follow-up visits.
Maintain the reception area, ensuring it is clean, organized, and welcoming.
Handle patient registration, intake forms, and basic documentation.
Coordinate communication between patients and healthcare staff.
Manage incoming and outgoing mail, deliveries, and courier services.
Support administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, data entry, and record maintenance.
Provide information about the company's services, facilities, and procedures.
Ensure confidentiality and proper handling of patient information.
Qualifications & Skills
High school diploma or equivalent; diploma or certificate in administration or healthcare support is a plus.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Friendly, professional, and customer-oriented demeanor.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Experience with appointment scheduling systems or healthcare software is an advantage.
Ability to remain calm and composed in a fast-paced environment.
