Receptionist
who can manage front-office operations along with
basic HR tasks and sales coordination
. The ideal candidate should be fluent in
Kannada, Hindi, and English
, have excellent communication skills, and the ability to handle clients and visitors with warmth and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
Handle incoming calls, inquiries, and walk-ins efficiently.
Support HR department in day-to-day activities such as scheduling interviews, maintaining attendance, and updating employee records.
Coordinate with the sales team for follow-ups and make
sales/tele-calls
when required.
Maintain front office, visitor logs, and ensure smooth communication across departments.
Handle basic administrative duties - courier, documentation, stationery, etc.
Assist in organizing company events, meetings, and interviews.
