We are looking for a professional and well-organized Receptionist to manage front desk operations and administrative support for our legal firm. The ideal candidate should be friendly, efficient, and capable of handling client interactions with professionalism.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist clients, visitors, and advocates at the front desk.
Handle incoming calls, schedule appointments, and manage correspondence.
Maintain office records, handle couriers, and manage meeting room arrangements.
Ensure smooth front desk operations and client hospitality.
Provide administrative support to lawyers and office staff.
Requirements:
Language Proficiency:
Fluency in Kannada and English is mandatory.
Experience:
Prior experience in a similar role preferred but not mandatory.
Technical Skills:
Basic computer knowledge (emails, MS Office, scheduling tools).
Soft Skills:
Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking abilities.
Availability:
Must be able to work from 9 AM to 9 PM and relocate near the office.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ?10,000.00 - ?15,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
RT Nagar, Bengaluru, Karnataka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
