Female Receptionist
to be the first point of contact for our guests. The ideal candidate will manage front desk operations, handle guest check-ins/check-outs, answer queries, and ensure a welcoming experience for all visitors.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome guests with warmth and professionalism.
Handle check-in and check-out procedures smoothly.
Manage reservations, room assignments, and guest records.
Answer phone calls, emails, and guest inquiries promptly.
Provide information about hotel services, facilities, and local attractions.
Maintain the front desk area in a clean and organized manner.
Handle billing, payments, and generate invoices as required.
Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments to ensure guest satisfaction.
Follow hotel policies and maintain confidentiality of guest information.
Requirements:
Female candidates only.
Previous experience as a Receptionist/Front Office Associate in hotels preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Presentable, polite, and guest-oriented.
Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
