Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls.
Manage scheduling and appointments for staff.
Maintain the front desk area, ensuring it is organized and presentable.
Handle basic administrative tasks (e.g., filing, data entry, email management).
Assist with customer inquiries and provide information as needed.
Coordinate with other departments for various tasks.
Requirements:
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in MS Office and phone systems.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Ability to work independently and handle high-pressure situations.

Experience with scheduling software or CRM tools.
Professional appearance and demeanor.
Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
