Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email, patient data entry, etc.)
Polite, patient-friendly, and professional in approach
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to handle phone calls, patient queries, and appointment scheduling
Should maintain patient records and support smooth front-office operations
Responsibilities:
Greet and guide patients/visitors politely and courteously
Answer phone calls and provide necessary information or transfer calls
Register patients and maintain accurate records in the system
Assist in appointment scheduling and follow-ups
Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and other departments as required
Handle billing queries and basic administrative tasks
Ensure a welcoming and professional atmosphere at the reception area
