We are seeking a friendly, professional, and well-organized Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for visitors and clients, responsible for creating a positive impression and managing front office operations efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and courteous manner.
Answer, screen, and forward incoming calls while providing basic information when needed.
Manage visitor logbook and issue visitor badges.
Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence (emails, couriers, and packages).
Maintain a tidy and organized reception area.
Assist with scheduling appointments, meetings, and conference room bookings.
Provide administrative support such as data entry, filing, photocopying, and scanning.
Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred.
Proven work experience as a receptionist, front desk executive, or in a similar role (freshers with good communication skills may also apply).
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Professional appearance and positive attitude.
