Manage front desk operations including calls, emails, and inquiries.
Maintain visitor records and direct them to the concerned department.
Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence.
Provide administrative support to the HR/Operations team as needed.
Ensure cleanliness and orderliness of the reception area.
Requirements
0 - 2 years of experience (Freshers welcome).
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Presentable, polite, and professional attitude.
Good organizational and multitasking skills.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email).
