Key Responsibilities
Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and employees in a courteous manner.
Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls.
Manage reception area and maintain a professional front office environment.
Handle courier, mail, and incoming/outgoing correspondence.
Maintain visitor logbook and issue visitor passes.
Assist in scheduling and coordinating meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
Support in procurement of office supplies, stationery, and pantry items.
Maintain and update office records, files, and databases.
Provide general administrative support to HR/Admin/Management as required.
Coordinate with vendors, housekeeping, and facility management teams.
Requirements
Graduate / Diploma in any discipline.
3-5 years of experience as a receptionist and in an admin role.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Excellent communication skills (verbal & written) in English and local language.
Pleasant personality, professional appearance, and customer service attitude.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Preferred Skills
Experience in handling front office in a corporate setup.
Knowledge of office equipment (printers, telephones, etc.).
Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
