Greet and welcome visitors/clients in a professional manner.
Answer, screen, and forward incoming calls.
Maintain front desk security and attendance registers.
Handle inquiries and provide accurate information about the company.
Coordinate with internal teams for meetings and appointments.
Manage courier, incoming/outgoing mails, and other administrative tasks.
Ensure the reception area is clean, tidy, and presentable.
Requirements:
0-3 years of experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Executive, or in a similar role.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Presentable and professional attitude.
Ability to multitask and handle administrative work efficiently.
