Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls.
Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and employees in a courteous and professional manner.
Maintain a tidy and presentable reception area.
Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.
Manage Attendance and the time of the employees taking break
Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and conference room bookings.
Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document management.
Assist HR and Finance team if required
Provide basic information about the company, services, or policies to visitors and callers.
Monitor office supplies and place orders when necessary.
coordinate for Biometrics and ID cards for the new joiners
Support other departments with clerical duties as required.
Need to check the stock.
Maintain proper records of guest.
Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable , with all necessary and materials .
Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk .
Keep updated records of office expenses and costs .
