We are looking for a friendly, well-spoken, and organized Receptionist to be the first point of contact for visitors and clients. The Receptionist will manage the front desk, handle incoming calls, and provide administrative support to ensure smooth office operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls.
Maintain the reception area, ensuring it is clean and presentable.
Handle daily correspondence including emails, courier, and packages.
Schedule and manage appointments, meetings, and conference rooms.
Maintain visitor logs, staff attendance, and contact directories.
Support HR and Admin teams with documentation and clerical tasks.
Assist in travel bookings, stationery management, and office supplies.
Ensure security protocols are followed by issuing visitor passes and monitoring entry.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree / Diploma (preferred).
Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Executive, or similar role.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Strong communication skills (verbal & written).
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Presentable, courteous, and customer-service oriented.
